We had a great experience getting our home sold through Katie. She is a very “on top of it” realtor. Our house sold extremely fast and she kept up with all paperwork in a timely fashion. Katie was very pregnant at the time and while we would have completely understood if she needed a little time she was pushing paperwork while literally having a baby. She was super sweet, efficient, and extremely personable and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking to sell or buy or in Central Florida use Kathryn Smith! ❤️

My wife had met Katie at an open house and struck up an enjoyable and relaxed conversation with her. My wife started using her to see homes on the market. I met Katie on one of our house viewing sessions. I immediately liked her easy conversation non pushy approach. She ultimately was very easy to reach with any questions and always got back to me with answers in a very timely fashion. She was extremely efficient and guided us through a difficult process. she has called several times since sale to ask if we needed any help with the move and was still happy with our purchase. At present time she is now working with a friend of ours on his sale of his condo and purchase of a home in his city of choice . I would use Kathryn Smith again.
