Bree was everything we could have hoped for in an agent. She found our dream home on the water and helped secure it for $375k under list price. We found our forever home back in April of this year! After going pending, our contract was extended due to squatters moving into the sellers home. Bree still managed to get us to the closing table! As stressful as a real estate transaction can be our Realtor didn’t give up on us or our forever home and made the transaction as smooth as possible – even with the squatter situation.
